Lessons Registration

You may register online, by mail, or by phone. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Registration closes three days prior to the start of each session, at which time a $10 late fee will be applied to all registrations.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $25 is required of all new families at the time of registration.

Please provide an email address that is checked regularly when submitting your registration. Email is our primary form of contact with families and participants.  We also recommend following us on Facebook or Twitter at CSSwimSchool for current information and program updates.

Information provided during the registration process is confidential and will never be sold or distributed to a third party.

Please retain a copy of your registration information for your records.  As an added benefit, you can log in to your online account at any time through the "Account Login" buttons on our site to check or confirm your current enrollment.

Please note, monthly charges may appear on your statement as either “Colorado Springs Swim School” or “Thriva/Active network”.

Refunds, Cancellations and Returned Payments

Colorado Springs Swim School has a NO REFUND policy.

Cancellation/Transfer notices MUST be received prior to the Registration Closing Date. All Cancellations and Class Changes will incur a $10 non-refundable fee per family for each cancellation or class transfer.   Those canceling/transferring more than one participant, fees will be applied in full to the first participant listed in our system.

Monies paid, minus any registration and cancellation/transfer fees, will be placed into a credit balance on the family account for use at a later date. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original date of issue.

No-shows and notifications received after the registration closing date will forfeit the entire balance of their registration.

All returned payments will be assessed a $25 Returned Payment Fee.

Online Registration

First time users, please click the 'Register Online' button below. Once you have registered online, you may login to check or update your account information at anytime.  Please note, online registration closes three days prior to the start of each session.

Mail-in Registration

Mail-in registration must be received by our office no later than three days prior to the beginning of the requested session. Mail-in registration is a REQUEST for classes. By submitting a mail-in registration request, you are not guaranteed a spot. The Swim School will notify you if there is a problem with the requested session and class preference, otherwise you will receive an automatically generated email once your registration has been processed. Confirmations are sent via email only.

Group Registration

CSSS welcomes groups and day care centers.  Please call the main office at 719-282-8874 for more information and to reserve space.  All enrollments under Group reservations/registrations MUST be received prior to the closing date.

Make A Splash Partnership
